1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A service may be confirmed via phone, email, or through our official website. A written or digital confirmation may be required for interstate or large-volume moves.
2. Quotation Validity
All quotations provided are based on the information shared by the customer and are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. The final price may vary if there are changes in inventory, distance, or additional services required.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made as per the agreed terms—either in advance, partially in advance, or upon delivery. We accept cash, bank transfers, and UPI payments. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in delivery being withheld.
4. Packing Responsibility
While we take utmost care in packing and handling, customers are advised to remove all valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents from the items being moved. We are not responsible for any loss of such personal belongings.
5. Delays and Rescheduling
Delays caused due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. Rescheduling requests from customers must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Insurance Coverage
We offer third-party insurance for goods in transit upon request. Any claim for loss or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Without insurance, the company is not liable for any damage caused due to unforeseen events.
7. Inventory Declaration
Customers are required to provide an accurate inventory list prior to the move. Any undeclared items may not be covered under service guarantees or insurance.
8. Storage Terms
For warehouse and storage services, rental is charged monthly or as per agreed terms. Goods stored beyond the agreed period without extension will attract late fees or may be moved at the client’s risk and cost.
9. Damage and Claims
In case of any physical damage or loss during transit, a written claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims will be processed based on the value of the item and supporting documentation.
10. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service for illegal items, hazardous materials, or in situations where our team’s safety is at risk.
